James M. Milione honed his extensive law enforcement experience into a unique investigate resource for the private sector. Founder and Principal of Bridge Security Services Inc. (BBS.), Mr. Milione was an NYPD Detective with the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office for over 15 years of his 23 year NYPD career. In 1986, Mr. Milione assembled a team of professional protection, private security guards and security officers to establish a full service organization. With over 32 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Milione worked closely with customers to offer a hands-on approach to providing security solutions.

Jamie M Milione, President and CEO of Bridge Security Services, Inc. is a native New Yorker and the only daughter of founder James M Milione. Jamie started with the company at the young age of 14, eager to learn the business and provide administrative support under the guidance of her father and his staff. Jamie continued on to graduate with a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton, later returning to New York to complete an MBA in Financial Management at Pace University. She went on to pursue a career in the accounting profession, later returning to Bridge to support its operations and amazing experience in the security industry under James’ tutelage.

With James’ passing in 2021, the time came for the next generation to carry out his vision of the business. Jamie is both prepared and determined to lead Bridge to continued success and ensure James’ legacy lives on.
